Rachel Hubbard
Mother of Joseph Henry Polley.
Rachel Hubbard was born August 29, 1770 in Washington County, New York to Solomon Hubbard and his wife Rachel. She married Jonathan Polley in about 1791. Together they had nine children (listed below). Rachel passed away on May 23, 1821 in Whitehall, New York. She is buried next to her husband in the Kinner family cemetery in the Town of Whitehall, New York.
